Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, From http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/animate.html section 16.2.2, [...] SVG defines more constrained error processing than is defined in the SMIL Animation [SMILANIM] specification. SMIL Animation defines error processing behavior where the document continues to run in certain error situations, whereas all animations within an SVG document fragment will stop in the event of any error within the document (see Error processing).
