[SVGMobile12] Editorial: Single HTML or PDF file

The recently published SVG Mobile 1.2 specification:

http://www.w3.org/TR/SVGMobile12/

does not provide a single HTML file with all of the specification's
content. 

 

This makes it very hard to search the entire specification or to
download it for local usage.

 

The current SVG 1.1 specification:

http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/

at least provides a downloadable ZIP of the content and a PDF version:

"This document is also available in these non-normative packages: zip
archive of HTML <http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/REC-SVG11-20030114.zip>
(without external dependencies) and PDF
<http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/REC-SVG11-20030114.pdf> ."

I hope you can provide such additional materials for SVG Mobile 1.2
ASAP.
