Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/refs.html is a mess, there is basically no point in reviewing it. There are many references which are never referred to in the draft, several references are out- dated, work in progress is not cited as work in progress, and it is not even close to http://www.w3.org/2001/06/manual/#References be consistent to W3C's manual of style.
