SVG12: 19.4 example

Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,

  In http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/extend.html
section 19.4 the example is not SVG Tiny 1.2, please either change
the example to be a conforming SVG Tiny 1.2 document or include a
proper discussion as to why SVG 1.1 examples are included.

Further, the example makes weird use of elements in the XHTML namespace
(e.g., the body of which document is this supposed to be?) Please change
the draft such that it does not make weird use of elements in the XHTML
namespace.
