Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/struct.html section 5.10.2 defines the xml:lang attribute to be of type "languageID" which is not defined in the document. This definition is likely inappropriate (as I pointed out earlier) as it prohibes the use of the empty string as allowed in XML 1.0 3rd Edition.
