Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-SVGMobile12-20040813/ requires that 'The SVGT UAs MUST render SVG content with version attribute set to "1.2" or "1.1" and baseProfile attribute set to "tiny"' but does not define what this means. Even if the version attribute is ignored, Tiny 1.2 does not appear to be a superset of Tiny 1.1, for example, feature strings are different in these profiles.
