I was mainly trying to differentiate between 'a tab character is generated' which was my recollection of the correct thing we decided upon, and 'the tab key is pressed' which is not the same. As to whether tab order should depend on the tab character or use some 'the user has tabbed' event, that is a good question. -- Chris Lilley mailto:chris@w3.org Chair, W3C SVG Working Group Member, W3C Technical Architecture Group
