When will SVG 1.2 WD2 be available?

Just a few days ago (January 22nd), the SVG Working Group published the SVG
Roadmap, which says that the 2nd Working Draft of SVG 1.2 would be available
in January.  It seems safe to say at this time that the Roadmap is incorrect
on that point.  Can anyone say when the actual availability date will be?

 

I am very interested in getting more concrete details about how SVG 1.2 will
support XFORMS and XML EVENTS, and hope that the second WD will provide
that.
