SVGColor Inheritance.

Hello,

I noticed that the SVGColor currently does not inherit from CSSValue. 
Without inheriting from
CSSValue it would seem that it is not possible to use this interface if a
property of this type has 
been retreived from a style sheet. Should SVGColor inherit from CSSValue
instead [where
SVGColor has a value type of CSS_CUSTOM]?
