Re: icc-color syntax

Blaine,
It seems to me the two are equivalent. The "*" means zero-or-more, and the
"+" means one-or-more. 

The spec should use the same BNF in all places, however. I'll research this
and make sure the same BNF appears in all places (or only appears in one
place, with references in the other places.)
