New localizations of Adobe SVG Viewer released

I am happy to announce that the Adobe SVG Viewer has now been localized for
French, German, and Japanese. The US site is
http://www.adobe.com/svg/viewer/install/, and Japan  is at
http://www.adobe.co.jp/svg/ all of the localizations are available at each site.
