Proposed Resolution: Keep all inline-* values (including inline-grid-lanes) marked as legacy syntax

Hey all,

This resolution undoes (a mostly editorial) part of the previous resolution for this issue. Instead of removing the legacy category for inline-* display values, we will add the new inline-grid-lanes value to that category, and defer the question on adding any more inline-* values.

This is notice that we will be taking this resolution in one week’s time unless objections (or substantive concerns) are raised in this issue:
