Proposed Resolution: Drop media-progress() and container-progress() for now

Hey all,

The use cases for these functions can be handled by progress(), so until/unless we find a need for these extra functions we will drop them from the draft.

This is notice that we will be taking this resolution in one week’s time unless objections (or substantive concerns) are raised in this issue:
