Re: [csswg] Agenda for conf call on Jan 11, 2023

Not sure yet if I can make it to the call in time, but I'd like to
resolve on #7664, as I believe it's relatively uncontroversial.

The proposal is to split CSS Backgrounds and Borders 4 into two
separate specs, one for backgrounds and one for borders and box
shadows. The current editors will be added to the new spec. as well
(except someone wants to focus on one of them).
