[css-contain-2] Proposing to publish an updated WD

Hi,

css-contain-2 was last published in December 2020, and has seen a number of editorial and normative changes since. We should republish.

The following 3 normative changes were not accompanied by a WG resolution, so they need explicit clearance before we can republish:

    https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/5611
    https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/7576

I’d like to request that all 3 are agenda+ to get WG confirmation, and having received that, that the WG resolves to publish an updated WD.
