Hi chairs,

I would like to request that this issue
https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/5825

be early on this week's agenda. It was raised recently by the WebKit 
team who are implementing lab() and lch(). The purpose is to get other 
implementer feedback, and ideally a resolution.

I'm getting close to zero issues on CSS Color 4 with a view to 
requesting transition to CR soon.

A resolution here will also enable writing tests for this section.
