[CSSWG][css-box-3] CR of CSS Box Model Level 3

The CSS WG has published a Candidate Recommendation of the
CSS Box Model Module Level 3:

This specification describes the CSS box model and the margin and padding 
properties from CSS2, which create spacing in and around a CSS box.

It contains no new features compared to CSS2, only a collection of terminology 
definitions on which a number of current CRs depend. Consequently, we expect 
it to advance to REC fairly quickly once any remaining editorial requests are 
fulfilled. :)

As usual, send any comments to this mailing list, <www-style@w3.org>,
prefixed with [css-box-3] (as I did on this message) or (preferably)
file them in the GitHub repository at
   https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues
