On the call today we discussed dropping the very old 'list of previous changes'. David suggested linking to the changes section in the Rec instead of just deleting them. Checking just now, I find the Rec already deleted them, and merely lists the (editorial, boilerplate) changes from Proposed Rec to Rec: https://www.w3.org/TR/css3-color/#changes So I plan to just drop that old list from the new CR.
