That's been fixed for a while in the draft
<https://drafts.csswg.org/css-flexbox/#flex-property>, we just haven't
pushed an update to Flexbox in a while.

(And in any case, shorthands don't actually have initial values, so
that line's technically just a helpful hint. ^_^)
