[CSSWG] drafts.csswg.org Mirror

The CSSWG server is currently down. For those of you who need it,
there's a temporary mirror of the editor's drafts up at
   http://csswg.inkedblade.net/drafts/

It's not as nicely set up with levelled/unlevelled aliases and such
as the original, but any drafts you need to access should be available.
Let me know if something's missing that you need today. I'm sure plinss
will have things up and running soon.
