I like the bang (exclamation point) spacelessly following the opening delimiter. The other method, source mapping, is too complicated for some comments, such as legal notices, which are for people who may not be programmers and may have a hard enough time realizing they should go to the source code without having to have a developer version of a browser, too. Given that there already are at least two implementations of the bang method ("[m]ost" per Michiel Bijl's message), can a CSS spec be updated to include it so that other tools will agree on it?
