[css-flexbox][css-grid] obsolete (?) spec warning on margin/padding behavior being "disputed" from Daniel Holbert on 2015-07-03 (www-style@w3.org from July 2015)

Hi www-style,

The flexbox & grid ED's both still have some warning-text saying that
the % margin/padding behavior is "disputed" & might change.

Grid: http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-grid-1/#grid-area-concept

Can these notes be removed? My understanding from the last CSSWG
discussion on this was:

 (1) Tab said the Chrome team (the ones disputing the behavior) were
willing to change to match the WG's decision (I'm paraphrasing):

 (2) The CSSWG resolved to keep the spec as-is:

So, I think (hope?) this warning-text in the spec is obsolete & can be
removed. :)
