[css-grid] Editorial: Grid item placement algorithm (auto-placement) step 1 removed

Hi,

I've noticed that first step of the old auto-placement algorithm has
been removed:
1. Position anything that's not auto-positioned.

Now that the algorithm has a more generic name, that doesn't mention
auto-placement at all. It seems to me that we should keep this first
step to avoid any misunderstanding.

What do you think?
