[css-font-loading] automatically removing CSS-connected FontFace from the FontFaceSet

Presumably when an @font-face rule is removed from a style sheet the 
CSS-connected FontFace object is also removed from the FontFaceSet.  The 
spec doesn't say to do this, though, as far as I can tell.
