In the IDL, the CSSFontFaceLoadEvent interface and its event init
dictionary use a sequence of CSSFontFaceRule objects. Should this be
FontFace objects instead? The definition of "fire a font load event"
takes a list of FontFace objects.

There is also a stray sentence fragment "Whenever a FontFace in a given
FontFaceSet font face set changes its status attribute to" in section 3.2.
