[CSSWG][css-grid] Updated WD of CSS Grid L1

The CSS WG has published an updated Working Draft of the CSS Grid
Module Level 1:


This module defines a new type of layout manager, the grid, which
makes it extremely easy to specify complex, responsive 2-dimensional
layouts for a page or components.

Since the last WD publication, several features have had their
definitions significantly improved, most particularly the "subgrid"
feature.  An overall editorial overhaul of much of the spec was also
done, with the goal of making the text more cohesive and easier to
understand. The auto-flow algorithm and associated properties was also
significantly revised.
