That was me. But it also doesn't quite correctly transcribe what I was  
saying. Instead, it should be:

The pseudo would then somehow select the whole tree, but pseudos are for  
elements, not trees. We could define it as the root (or entry point) into  
the combined tree, but this a bit far fetched.
