[css-counter-styles] Computaion of 'auto' for speak-as

Hi,

The current draft says, for 'auto' of speak-as:

> If the counter style’s system is alphabetic, this value computes to alphabetic. If the system is cyclic, this value computes to bullet. Otherwise, this value computes to numeric.

I believe that the following sentence should be added before the
'Otherwise' here:

> If the system is override, this value is computes to the identical value to the overridden system.

So that the 'auto' value has a similar behavior to that of range descriptor.
