1. For 'float-policy', 'forward' does not appear in 'normal | [ drop-tail
|| in-order ]'

2. Where is the direction 'forward' in 'move forward relative' defined? 
It could be construed to be forward towards the front page or forward
through the pages to a higher page number.

3. In the third example* in Section 2.8, "Overconstrained page floats", in
'the last declaration in this example', it's ambiguous whether 'last'
refers to the second property declaration or the 'last' property value
itself.

4. In the same example, is it that the declaration cannot be honoured or
that it cannot always be honoured?
