I'm strongly against this proposal. I think that this behavior is truly
harmful to be further spread. For 'animation', it cannot be changed because
of wide use, and for 'list-style', there is no better method considering
the existing usage. But <custom-ident> might be used in somewhere else a
better practice could exist.
