[CSSWG][css-line-grid] CSS Line Grid Module FPWD Published

The CSS WG has published a First Public Working Draft of the
CSS Line Grid Module Level 1:

   http://www.w3.org/TR/css-line-grid-1/

This module contains CSS features for aligning content to a baseline grid.
It's an early-stage working draft, and is not very stable.

The CSSWG would appreciate feedback on all aspects, and implementers should
participate in the design-level discussions happening on www-style before
considering implementation.

please, prefix the subject line with

     [css-line-grid]

(as I did on this message).
