Implementers information

Is there any resource maintained by CSSWG or anywhere else that tracks what
implementers are actively expending resources toward implementing (aside
from each one's bug tracking system) - I know there are often "intent to
implement" I'm just curious about if these are somehow collected/published
in an easily digestible way?
