Hi.

There is an empty chapter in the CSS Device Adaptation spec called
CSSOM. It was added to document effects of zoom (the type that doesn't
affect the ICB) on CSSOM View properties like
window.innerWidth/innerHeight. While Anne van Kesteren was editor of
CSSOM View, he said that should be specified in the CSSOM View spec,
not in CSS Device Adaptation.

I'll remove the (empty) "CSSOM" chapter from CSS Device Adaptation and
rename "DOM Interfaces" to "CSSOM".
