The list is limited to properties that most browsers should be able to
animate efficiently today. This should provide a consistent behavior for
web authors. Currently gecko doesn't have any way to optimize most
properties. If we expose many properties that don't provide any
optimizations then web authors may spend time specifying complex lists that
wont provide any benefits.

However perhaps others may be able to support optimizing more properties
initially. Likewise, exposing all properties will be more future proof.
