Hi,

The quirks mode flag triggers special behavior for:

* Declarations whose name is on the unitless length quirk list
* Declarations whose name is on the hashless color quirk list
* Functions whose name is "rect"

Since it is not specified otherwise, my understanding of the ED is that 
this matching is case-sensitive. Should it be (ASCII) case-insensitive 
instead?
