So column rules will be painted on top of floats inside the multicol?
Neither Gecko, Presto nor WebKit [1] do this currently.
[1] The fix for https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15553 is needed
in order to be able to observe this in WebKit.
