[css-overflow] Call for max-letters-property

I really like the idea of fragmented content, this reminded me of some
stylish ideas i read on css-tricks (
http://css-tricks.com/a-call-for-nth-everything/ especially see the section
for ::nth-letter). Would'nt it be great to introduce a max-letters-property
similar to the max-lines-property, that would give authors even more
control over fragment-sizes?
