I found the following problem:

- The suffix of 'cjk-decimal' should be '、' (‎U+3001  IDEOGRAPHIC COMMA).
- The suffix of 'fullwidth-decimal' should be '．' (U+‎‎FF0E  FULLWIDTH FULL STOP).

The initial value of the 'suffix' descriptor '.' (U+002E  FULL STOP) is not good for CJK/fullwidth counter-styles, in particular with vertical text.
