[CSS21] Unspecified case in 10.6.5 Absolutely positioned, replaced elements

Hi,

Consider an absolutely positioned, replaced element with:
top and margin-top are 'auto'
bottom and margin-bottom are not 'auto'

If I am reading correctly, this case is not covered by the current 
wording of 10.6.5.

Proposed change:

In step 3, replace "If 'bottom' is 'auto'" by "If 'top' or 'bottom' is 
'auto'". This matches the corresponding step 3 in 10.3.8.
