Actually taking a look at the code I don't even understand what
language it's written in. I was expecting it'd be a standard
web-architecture with Apache and PHP or something, but I'm guessing
this is all shell stuff?

No chance of me being able to do anything related to this code, it
might as well be COBOL.

I'm a front-end guy, I could mark-up stuff and do CSS. I dabble in PHP
but am not exactly proficient with it.
