[css3-images] Editorial: part of paragraph about gradient intrinsic size is informative

It looks like everything in the paragraph in section 4 that starts with  
the sentence "A gradient has no intrinsic dimensions", except that  
sentence, is informative. I suggest moving the second sentence in that  
paragraph into a note, and also adding a cross-reference to  
#default-object-size, where these things are normatively defined.
