[css3-flexbox] flex-line-pack

Given the other properties default to stretching, shouldn't this default
to stretching, too?

Please put all the alignment properties in the same section. Having
three of them in one place and the last one in another is imo confusing.
Makes it hard to think about them together. If I'm looking for alignment
properties, I'd like to find them all under the section called Alignment.
