[css3-transforms] Mozilla request: add Aryeh Gregor as a co-editor

It was clear from this morning's CSS telcon that while there wasn't
consensus yet on dropping prefixes on Transforms, Transitions,
Animations, there was a fairly strong assumed interest in rapidly
advancing those drafts per the process.

Thus:

Mozilla would like to add Aryeh Gregor as a co-editor of the CSS3
Transforms specification in order to help with advancing that draft.

Aryeh has quite a bit of familiarity with the CSS3 Transforms spec,
and has already been contributing with numerous issues:
