Re: WG consensus on lobbying WG members that they are taking the wrong way?

Thanks for the fix. What happened to neutral chairing and taking the chair
hat off for stuff like this? The title is a call for action, the chair hat
goes on more firmly than usual but then comes less clearly off before the
actual call for action.
