[selector4] ID and class case sensitivity

Hi,

Section 3.5 says:

> The case sensitivity of document language element names, attribute
> names, and attribute values in selectors depends on the document
> language.

Should classes and ID attributes be added to the list?

At least, the HTML5 spec is explicit about them:
