[css-device-adapt] device-pixel-ratio issue

Issue: From the spec (Section 7): "There are prefixed implementations of a  
media feature for the device:css pixel ratio (-webkit-device-pixel-ratio /  
-o-device-pixel-ratio). Should be standardized here or in a new level of  
Media Queries?"

This issue was created under the assumption that the resolution media  
feature was for physical pixels per physical inch, not CSS inch.  
'device-pixel-ratio' is
then supported through 'resolution'.

Proposal: Just remove the issue from the spec.
