[css3 transitions] border-radius & box-shadow?

Are the following properties intentionally omitted (should not transition)?
*       border-radius
*       box-shadow

border-radius:
We've gotten some internal and external buzz on our JS-animated border-radius Test Drive page since early IE9, so there's likely interest in such support though I don't know whether that represents real use case or just "shiny toy effect".

box-shadow:
It's odd to see text-shadow included but not box-shadow.
