[css3-lists] 'glyphs' descriptor poorly named

The @counter-style rule defined in CSS3 Lists specifies two descriptors,
'glyphs' and 'additive-glyphs'. I think these are both namely
inappropriately since the lists associated with these descriptors are
lists of *characters*, not of glyphs.

These are really lists of characters used for markers so I would instead
suggest 'markers' and 'additive-markers' instead.

I would like this marked as an issue in the current draft.
