Re: [CSS21] WD 4.1.6, 4.2: parsing of blocks

I attach a document with some test cases for the question of where
"the end of the statement, while observing the rules for matching pairs
of ..." is.

Not all browsers do the same thing, and there's no clear winner among
the behaviours (see discussion in the HTML file), so I haven't yet
included any proposed change to the wording of the spec.
