[...] Secondly, s/as-is/in the element's language/. Thirdly, the entire section from "and may be complemented" should be moved or removed. Structural information about list items is covered in the note and in section 12 Inserted and replaced content. It applies to list-items generally, not just to numbered ones, and does not apply to counters in other contexts. ~fantasai
